Christopher Ledbetter Story

1. What is your daily focus, routine or ritual that you practice that starts your day off on the right foot?

I wake up and make me a glass of pre workout sometimes a coffee energy drink instead haha wait 30 minutes then do my at home workout. Really starts my day out good to workout in the morning, after witch I take a shower witch makes it all that much better.
2. What is your biggest NDCQ moment? And/Or how does Not Dead Can’t Quit motivate you?
I have always wanted to workout and eat healthy but staying with it is really hard and I never stuck with it. This year I made a few new year's resolutions and one of them was to lose the belly fat that I had acquired over the years. It took a few months into the year but I started working out everyday and it was hard especially at first. I just had to keep telling myself that I'd see results. It's just a slow go and would take months to see anything happen. I didn't quit and after 100 days I had lost 30 lbs and looked and felt so much better but it wouldn't have happened if I didn't have that
don't give up attitude. NDCQ reminds me to keep going and don't stop, I'll become what I want to be if I just keep going.
3. What is your next personal target? Do you feel that having an NDCQ mindset and using the Not Dead Can’t Quit mantra will help you in achieving that target?
My goal is to eventually be able to do a handstand pushup and some workouts with gymnastic rings. I have a long way to go but as long as I don't quit I know I'll make it there one day that's why the ndcq mantra is so awesome I love the meaning and hearing it makes me want to push past my limits. I can't quit till I achieve what I want and I know I'll get there as long as I keep going and not give in. There's this anime I watch and his saying is "am not done yet" his power is never giving up and ndcq reminds me of that it's like my saying for real life.
