Looking to finally get in top notch shape after years of up and down fitness levels. Goal is to be leaner and more fit at 50 than at 30!
Lower Blood Pressure, Six Pack Abs (they're in there somewhere!), Lean, mean, muscled (toned) machine. For me that would likely mean a target weight of around 175, although I haven't seen that weight since 9th grade.
