Well I have always struggled with my weight. Last year on August 3rd, I said enough is enough. I started watching what I ate, going to the gym at least 5 times a week. I lost 45 pounds went from 248 too 205. Then corona virus hit have to admit I gained about 20 pounds back, but I'm back at the gym now and watching my eating I'm never gonna quit again. Even if I fall or life happens I won't quit. So like your brand says Not Dead Can't Quit.
My goal is to get under 200 pounds, and join my first weight lifting competition. And yes the mind set of Not Dead Can't Quit helps with the mindset I have put myself in. Not Dead Can't Quit my goals and my dreams.
