Thomas Ward Jr. Story

1. What is your daily focus, routine or ritual that you practice that starts your day off on the right foot?
I try to get up with a positive attitude and mindset my focus right now is my 8 year old son and trying to be the best father I can be for him I'm trying to figure out the right routine to get back on the right track right now I am back to using a walker for long distances.
 2. What is your biggest NDCQ moment? And/Or how does Not Dead Can’t Quit motivate you?
My biggest NDCQ would have been about 4 years ago I had to have surgery for hydrocephalus which is pretty much brain surgery and I ended up having to have multiple surgeries done due to infection and the shunts failing one of them caused such a bad infection they had to give me penicillin which I am highly allergic to on constant drip for several weeks I ended up making it out but I ended up with short term memory loss and I'm now struggling to walk again because of complications from my cerebral palsy so I'm slowly but steadily getting back at it
3. What is your next personal target? Do you feel that having an NDCQ mindset and using the Not Dead Can’t Quit mantra will help you in achieving that target? If no, how can we improve our message?
I feel having the NDCQ mindset helps because it pushes you not to quit my next target is to not be walking without my Walker again and to be able to do more things independently.
