What is your daily focus, routine or ritual that you practice that starts your day off on the right foot?
I start my day meditating before I get out of bed. I try to concentrate on my breathing. I also stretch out a bit, I have a knee placement and back issues. If I don’t do one of these my body seems off.
What is your biggest NDCQ moment? And/Or how does Not Dead Can’t Quit motivate you?
I think when I had chest pain it means I need to take care of myself better. I would love to be able to exercise and loose weight that I keep doing the yo-yo thing. I can walk so I use the not dead can’t quit for my kids and wife. I am an emotional eater and would always like assistance in changing that.
What is your next personal target? Do you feel that having an NDCQ mindset and using the Not Dead Can’t Quit mantra will help you in achieving that target?
This mantra will be great in helping me to move and exercise in some way. Sure I’m in pain but I’m not dead right? I’m very self conscious about my size so if I could enjoy the pool without wondering what kids or even adults think would be awesome. I’m not dead but I sometimes wish I was so I can always use "not dead can’t quit", it seems to fit me.
